Before you install
- When Android refuses the install, it is the unknown-sources guard doing it. Grant this app permission in Settings, then confirm the install when the prompt comes back.
- An "incompatible version" message usually means the build was compiled for the older ARMv7 processors that recent phones no longer accept. Look for the ARM64 (ARMv8) build of the same version instead.
Download FAQs
What changes in this iTest build?
This build is labeled Full Version. The Google Play listing shows a price of 1.29 EUR, and this file is identified by that modification label. Its listed file version is 1.2.0.
Can iTest help when checking a used phone?
iTest is designed for basic device checks before buying a used device. It can display overview results for the hardware and alert you to reported condition, quality, and damage level. You can use those results when evaluating an old phone or another used device.
How do manual tests work in iTest?
You can choose the device part you want to test when a particular component concerns you. iTest provides a list of parts involved in the testing process. You select a part and begin its quality assessment.
What does the VoLTE check examine?
The VoLTE check lets you review device specifications before enabling a 3G or 4G connection. It also checks VoLTE compatibility, which can affect the connection process. The result helps you consider that compatibility before changing the connection setting.
What Android version does iTest require?
iTest requires Android 6.0 or later as its minimum requirement. Version 1.4.0 also includes UI improvements for Android 15 and later. This file is listed as version 1.2.0, so compare its version with the update you need before installing.
Nothing happens when I tap download
Refresh the page and start again — each link is signed for one visit and stops working after that. If it keeps failing, the file is probably being swapped for a newer build; give it a few minutes.
Android says "App not installed"
Usually there is already a copy of the same app on the phone, signed by someone else. Remove that copy first, then install this file — and back up anything you care about inside the app beforehand, because uninstalling wipes it.
