Before you install

  1. When Android refuses the install, it is the unknown-sources guard doing it. Grant this app permission in Settings, then confirm the install when the prompt comes back.
  2. An "incompatible version" message usually means the build was compiled for the older ARMv7 processors that recent phones no longer accept. Look for the ARM64 (ARMv8) build of the same version instead.

Download FAQs

What does the Full Version build change in One Hand Control?

This build carries the Full Version label. It is identified as version 1.3.5.1 and includes the release fixes for edge gestures, Previous App compatibility, Quick Tools brightness, and Cycle Screen Timeout confirmation.

What was fixed for edge gestures after unlocking?

The release fixes an issue that could prevent edge gestures from resuming after a lock-screen pause and unlock. This applies to the interruption caused by pausing on the lock screen.

What is Compatibility Mode for the Previous App action?

Compatibility Mode is an optional mode for the Previous App action. It is intended for devices that experience switching issues when using that action.

What changed for Quick Tools brightness adjustment?

The release fixes an issue where changing brightness in Quick Tools could trigger false action failures. The fix concerns those incorrect failure reports during brightness adjustment.

What Android version does One Hand Control require?

One Hand Control requires Android 6.0 or later as its minimum Android version. Devices running an earlier Android version do not meet this stated requirement.

Nothing happens when I tap download

Refresh the page and start again — each link is signed for one visit and stops working after that. If it keeps failing, the file is probably being swapped for a newer build; give it a few minutes.

Android says "App not installed"

Usually there is already a copy of the same app on the phone, signed by someone else. Remove that copy first, then install this file — and back up anything you care about inside the app beforehand, because uninstalling wipes it.
