A tab with an advert may open when you tap download. Close it and come back here to carry on — those clicks are what keep PlayMods free.
Before you install
- When Android refuses the install, it is the unknown-sources guard doing it. Grant this app permission in Settings, then confirm the install when the prompt comes back.
- An "incompatible version" message usually means the build was compiled for the older ARMv7 processors that recent phones no longer accept. Look for the ARM64 (ARMv8) build of the same version instead.
Download FAQs
What does the Premium Unlocked build change in ReadEra Premium – ebook reader?
This build is labeled Premium Unlocked. No individual unlocked items or altered functions are listed with that label. The app continues to be described as an ebook reader with library management and reading settings.
Which book formats can ReadEra Premium – ebook reader open?
It supports EPUB, MOBI, FB2, PDF, TXT, and DJVU files, as well as other formats. This allows different book and document types to remain in one reading app rather than requiring a separate reader for each listed format.
How does the library find and organize books?
After installation, ReadEra Premium – ebook reader can search the device for books and documents and add them to its library. You can sort items by author, genre, title, or date added. Books and documents can also be organized by author and series.
What does the Markdown update add?
The release adds support for Markdown files in ReadEra Premium – ebook reader. You can search .md files, use text-to-speech, and read supported text formatting styles. The update also mentions improved backup handling for large and very large book libraries.
What Android version is required, and how is the file installed?
ReadEra Premium – ebook reader requires Android 4.1 or later. After downloading the file, tapping it opens the device's default installer. Android may ask whether you want to allow installation from that source, and that choice is yours.
Nothing happens when I tap download
Refresh the page and start again — each link is signed for one visit and stops working after that. If it keeps failing, the file is probably being swapped for a newer build; give it a few minutes.
Android says "App not installed"
Usually there is already a copy of the same app on the phone, signed by someone else. Remove that copy first, then install this file — and back up anything you care about inside the app beforehand, because uninstalling wipes it.
