Before you install
- When Android refuses the install, it is the unknown-sources guard doing it. Grant this app permission in Settings, then confirm the install when the prompt comes back.
- An "incompatible version" message usually means the build was compiled for the older ARMv7 processors that recent phones no longer accept. Look for the ARM64 (ARMv8) build of the same version instead.
Download FAQs
What does the Premium Unlocked build change in Runkeeper?
This build is labelled Premium Unlocked. The label identifies the modification, but it does not define individual changed features. Runkeeper still includes guided workouts, schedules, progress tracking and Pocket Track as described for the app.
How does Pocket Track work in Runkeeper?
Pocket Track automatically detects and saves walks that last 10 minutes or longer. It adds those walks to your Runkeeper activity history without requiring you to hit Start. You can turn Pocket Track off at any time.
Can Runkeeper remind me about planned workouts?
Yes. The app saves the training schedule you set and sends daily reminders. You can arrange the schedule around the time you have available and your chosen training direction.
What coaching and workout guidance does Runkeeper offer?
Runkeeper provides guided workouts with exercises to follow during training. It uses audio instructions for real-time coaching while you exercise. Sessions are intended for beginners as well as long-time exercisers.
What Android version is required for Runkeeper?
Runkeeper requires Android 10 or later. The listed file size for this build is 46.1 MB. The app collects data including location, fitness information, photos, account identifiers and diagnostic data.
Nothing happens when I tap download
Refresh the page and start again — each link is signed for one visit and stops working after that. If it keeps failing, the file is probably being swapped for a newer build; give it a few minutes.
Android says "App not installed"
Usually there is already a copy of the same app on the phone, signed by someone else. Remove that copy first, then install this file — and back up anything you care about inside the app beforehand, because uninstalling wipes it.
