A tab with an advert may open when you tap download. Close it and come back here to carry on — those clicks are what keep PlayMods free.

Before you install

  1. When Android refuses the install, it is the unknown-sources guard doing it. Grant this app permission in Settings, then confirm the install when the prompt comes back.
  2. An "incompatible version" message usually means the build was compiled for the older ARMv7 processors that recent phones no longer accept. Look for the ARM64 (ARMv8) build of the same version instead.

Download FAQs

What does the Full Game build change in Firefight?

This build is labeled Full Game. No further effects of that label are identified here, while the game still centers on soldier combat, tanks, teammate communication, ammunition requests, and medic support.

How can I get more ammunition during a battle in Firefight?

You can request ammunition from teammates when you run out during a tense battle. The walkie-talkie is used as the main communication device for making that request.

What happens when my soldier is injured in Firefight?

You can request medical support when injured. Medics then come to treat the soldier, rather than requiring you to use a medical kit yourself.

How do tanks work in Firefight?

You can drive tanks toward enemy bases. Their movement is presented as a way to get closer while avoiding attacks from a distance and reducing the time needed to attack a base.

What Android version is required for Firefight?

Firefight requires Android 6.0 or later as a minimum requirement. The download size is listed as 686.2 MB, so check that your device has sufficient available storage as well.

Nothing happens when I tap download

Refresh the page and start again — each link is signed for one visit and stops working after that. If it keeps failing, the file is probably being swapped for a newer build; give it a few minutes.

Android says "App not installed"

Usually there is already a copy of the same app on the phone, signed by someone else. Remove that copy first, then install this file — and back up anything you care about inside the app beforehand, because uninstalling wipes it.
