A tab with an advert may open when you tap download. Close it and come back here to carry on — those clicks are what keep PlayMods free.

Before you install

  1. When Android refuses the install, it is the unknown-sources guard doing it. Grant this app permission in Settings, then confirm the install when the prompt comes back.
  2. An "incompatible version" message usually means the build was compiled for the older ARMv7 processors that recent phones no longer accept. Look for the ARM64 (ARMv8) build of the same version instead.

Download FAQs

What does the Unlimited Suns build change in Plants vs. Zombies™ Heroes?

This build is labeled Unlimited Suns. This build is identified by that modification label, while the gameplay remains the plant and zombie battle system with squads, formations, achievements, and character collection.

Can I play as either plants or zombies?

Yes. You can choose to lead transformed plants or zombies, and you can take an offensive or defensive squad role. Your team determines whether the objective is to protect or attack the house.

How does character progression work?

The game records achievements and lets you accumulate points to unlock new items. Victories can unlock additional characters, including characters with better skills, and preferred characters can accompany you into later levels.

What Android version does this build require?

The minimum requirement is Android 7.0. The file size is 126.1 MB, and tapping the downloaded file opens the device's default installer.

What data does Plants vs. Zombies™ Heroes collect?

Google Play lists crash logs, diagnostics, other app performance data, other actions, purchase history, device or other IDs, approximate location, and user IDs. Collection and handling of that data depend on the developer and platform.

Nothing happens when I tap download

Refresh the page and start again — each link is signed for one visit and stops working after that. If it keeps failing, the file is probably being swapped for a newer build; give it a few minutes.

Android says "App not installed"

Usually there is already a copy of the same app on the phone, signed by someone else. Remove that copy first, then install this file — and back up anything you care about inside the app beforehand, because uninstalling wipes it.
