Before you install
- When Android refuses the install, it is the unknown-sources guard doing it. Grant this app permission in Settings, then confirm the install when the prompt comes back.
- An "incompatible version" message usually means the build was compiled for the older ARMv7 processors that recent phones no longer accept. Look for the ARM64 (ARMv8) build of the same version instead.
Download FAQs
What does this build of The Silent Archivist change?
This build carries the label • The liberation of the land where the rough-and-tumble folk live. That is the modification detail attached to this release.
Do you fight directly in The Silent Archivist?
You do not fight directly. You guide and support adventurers from the base, choosing quests and forming suitable parties for them.
How does progression work when adventurers return from quests?
Successful and failed expeditions are recorded as part of the growing archive. You review returning adventurers' results and use their rewards to strengthen the base and plan further assignments.
What can you upgrade at the base?
The base includes lodgings, shops, storage, and blacksmiths that can be upgraded. Developing these facilities improves income and efficiency, and a stronger base allows stronger adventurers to join.
What Android version and download size does The Silent Archivist require?
The minimum Android requirement is Android 7.0 or later. The listed file size is 325.2 MB, so ensure your device has enough available storage for the download and installation.
Nothing happens when I tap download
Refresh the page and start again — each link is signed for one visit and stops working after that. If it keeps failing, the file is probably being swapped for a newer build; give it a few minutes.
Android says "App not installed"
Usually there is already a copy of the same app on the phone, signed by someone else. Remove that copy first, then install this file — and back up anything you care about inside the app beforehand, because uninstalling wipes it.
